In 2012, Gloria Hernández Aler and Pablo García Montañés advised Andbanc on the design of a private banking corporate structure. Meanwhile, Aler is leading a team assisting Banco Popular and Banco Pastor regarding the post-acquisition corporate restructuring of both banks and the creation of a new bank. The deal created a lender with €121.8 billion ($163.67 billion) in loans and €98.5 billion in deposits.
